Simple public pricing guide
We do not show every detailed charge publicly. Many services depend on needs, complexity, visit length, travel, funding route and whether a service is part-funded. A written quote is agreed before work starts.

Funding-aware pricing
Some clients do not pay the full amount personally. Where funding, a direct payment, a personal budget, a personal health budget or another agreed route is available, that funding may be used first where appropriate.
The client may then only pay an agreed contribution, top-up or any non-funded extra.
Reduced supported rates
Reduced prices may be available for clients receiving low-income or disability-related support, or for people using certain care-related funding routes.
This helps make support more accessible while still agreeing the work clearly in writing before it begins.

Free first-stage application start support
With selected packages, CareClarity may include first-stage help to identify possible support routes, prepare first questions, organise first documents and help start enquiries.
Ongoing form-filling, evidence preparation, meetings, complaints, casework or repeated contact may then be charged at the agreed supported-client rate.
Simple funding example
If a service is £22 and confirmed funding covers £19, the client may only need to pay the remaining £3 top-up.
If confirmed funding covers the full agreed amount, the client payment for that funded element may be £0.
