About CareClarity
Care that speaks your language.
Who we are
Care Clarity Support & Advocacy Ltd is based in Uppingham, Rutland.
Founded by Linda, a senior carer who saw how much gets missed when people do not have somebody on their side, CareClarity was built to offer calm, practical help when life, care, paperwork or communication starts to feel overwhelming.
Why we exist
Too many people are left trying to deal with forms, complaints, meetings, care systems and difficult decisions without clear support. CareClarity exists to make things clearer, more human and easier to manage one step at a time.
What we do
Community Support & Admin
Forms, letters, paperwork, phone calls, practical organisation and day-to-day support when life starts to feel too much.
Advocacy & Complaints
Helping people raise concerns, prepare complaints, organise what they want to say and attend meetings with clearer structure and support.
Legal-Support Casework
Case paper organisation, timelines, evidence lists, court preparation support and McKenzie Friend-style practical support where appropriate.
Domiciliary Care
Personal care and support at home, delivered within the correct registration, care planning, insurance and service scope where applicable.
Why we are different
Founded by someone who works in care and understands the reality on the ground, not just someone managing it from a distance.
Built from real frontline experience, including urgent and emergency care exposure, not only paperwork and office-based support.
Advocacy shaped by understanding the system from the inside, with practical awareness of what happens in real care and emergency situations.
Linda brings hands-on care knowledge and emergency-response awareness, including PCP/HART-related experience where relevant to her background and training.
Our values
- People first, paperwork second.
- Clear communication, no jargon.
- We explain things so you understand them, not so we sound clever.
- Real support shaped by real experience.
Important emergency note
Our background includes real urgent and emergency care exposure. However, emergency response is activated through the official 999 and control-room system, not by calling our business number directly.
For any emergency, always call 999.
