Important emergency care information
For any emergency, always call 999.
Our business number is not an emergency number and does not replace 999.
Where emergency responder support is available through approved systems such as East Midlands Ambulance Service control-room dispatch and GoodSAM, activation happens through the official emergency call-handling and dispatch process.
The 999 call handler and control room decide the most appropriate response. This may include our responder support, but it may also be another responder, another unit, a fast response vehicle, or an ambulance depending on the situation, location, availability and clinical need.
